How many of the batch would be ready end of next week?  Or do you expect them all to be finished around the same time?

Depending on how many amps you're testing at the same time, you might be able to turn central heating off.

Justin, there's a lot of pressure from up to 45 impatient people, but please don't be tempted to skimp on quality control at this final stage.
 
I would rather wait a little longer, than receive my new pride and joy in a less than perfect state.

Congrats on pulling it off Justin! I'm sure that sourcing and building 45 BHSE amps at the same time must have been a logistical nightmare as well as a big financial strain in terms of parts!  I'm looking forward to receiving mine whenever it's ready...let's see if it'll get mine before the 1 year mark  I pre-ordered mine right when you were offering to donate a percentage for the Japan earthquake / tsunami.

There is a big difference from the past and doing 10-20 of things like this.  At that quantity, the fastest way is to just build it myself.  With 45, it is no longer possible, so i have to set up all the vendors/labor for it, I might as well be building 1,000...

Does that mean the size of batch 3 will be determine by the number of pre-orders, or are you still thinking 45 is the way to go?

I just asked Justin the same thing and he said that barring any cancellations, a deposit now would be looking at fulfillment towards the middle of the year. I went ahead and placed one...
