Mine did not have the bottom peice. I believe this person bought them somewhere else. I will be looking for something similar as the spoke are scratching my shelving.

OK, I'll have to get something as well being I'm going to either place the BHSE on a wood or glass base depending on the distance between the front/back spikes…or I could just sit the spikes in rubber grommets.

Personally, I just got the rubber feet.  That way, every time you move the amp you do not have to worry about sliding the disks around or scratching anything when you are putting the amp back down.

OUPS....  when placing my order for my BHSE I forgot to ask for the  ALPS RK50 volume pot upgrade ! 
 
--> is it worthy ? does it improve SQ ?   are there other upgrade to ask for ?

Don't know about the SQ, but it is very nice and smooth, allows for fine volume adjustments like I wanted.

I've never heard the DACT, but I got the rk50 because I'm annoyingly fiddly and like to have crazy control over the volume. The Ragnarok 64-step atenuator is enough, but a 48 step atenuator drives me mad since I can't get the volume just right.
Now, is the RK50 amazing compared to other volume pots in my gear? Hell yes. There is no noise when turning it, even at the extremes. If there's channel imbalance at the ends then I don't notice it. It's a pot that gets out of the way of the music, which is really the best compliment I can give any atenuator.
