I'm constantly getting message like Head-Fi.org updates for 09-09-13.
How can I opt-out to stop receiving it?

Go to subscriptions-- Right hand side top-click --pause live subscriptions.Or for stopping one -Go to that subscription left hand side -click small red X- You then have the choice of removing that particular subscription.---Just like to add --you wont see the small red X till you point  your mouse arrow at the title on the left hand side of the  one you want rid of.

I have removed the updates as you have suggested, however I'm still being sent them.
It's "Here is a quick summary of the latest activity from Head-Fi.org." and I seems to get it daily.
