thats correct, but that's because the hitboxes got better. i remember in 1.5, sometimes a guy could be standing still and if you shot his head from the back it would count as a shoulder hit.

Yeah, I have had that happen in 1.6 where I would stand right in front of an afk and shoot his head with the awp and miss.

Sure, eventually I liked 1.6. You had to when the convert happened. Then WON went down and 1.5 was really gone. If you played during 1.3 I dont know how you can appretiate the aiming in 1.5 or 1.6. I played in some pretty decent teams during those times.

Source hit boxes lag so much...you can fire like 3 feet behind someone running across the screen and hit them.

that's because when someone is afk, they minimize and when you minimize in cs your computer cuts bandwidth to cs. that's why eventually after about 15min or so minimized you get timed out of the server. i have to sometimes shoot AFKs in the head 5 times
