head-direct slow with orders?

Hey guys,
 
put an order for a pair of HE-400 headphones from head direct on wednesday night. payed with paypal, On there website the order shows as paid.
 
I have not received any emails from them in 4 days now i understand the weekend. but 2 working days is normally well enough time to even ship an item.
 
No email to say they received payment. no email about shipping is this normal for that site?
 
Im from australia so i can't really call them up.

i have and it said i would receive a response in 24 hours. its been 48 hours hence my question here if anyone else had experienced slow service and not much notifications from them in past.

I ordered new pads from them and they had them out in record time. Quick email and had the order four days later!! Very impressed...

They seem to be a little slow to respond sometimes, especially over weekends, but they'll get back to you. And I definitely agree with the previous post - refunds can take a while.
