You guys have great customer service. My first purchase was a Hifiman 601 which came defective. You guys took care of it ASAP and sent a new unit before I had to sent back the old one. Best of all it was at no cost to me.

My second and recent purchase was the RE262. It wasn't for me and the return process was quite easy. Keep up the great customer service :).

Nobody knows how? Is it possible?

You need to ensure they are not apple format. If so it will not work. You will need to convert them over to another Lossy format. Normally not a good idea as you will further degrade the quality of your music. Unless you have Apple Lossless (ALAC)? If so then convert them to FLAC. I use Foobar and download the plug ins required to convert between formats. Better to use Lossless than Lossy. You'll have to figure out where your iTunes music is stored as well. This can be a bit tricky. At least that is what I experienced (I hate Apple with a passion).

I Finally figured it out! Thank you for all the help! In case anyone needs it there is a free program that will convert your itunes files to any format, the program is called Mediahuman.com works great, you have to do it song by song but is very fast! My next question is that when i plug my headphones in all the way only the left channel plays! if I dont put it in all the way both left and right work,is there something that can be done to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like something is wrong with the Hifiman. Is it under warranty still? You may want to have it serviced from Hifiman.
