I just received my HE60 to STAX cable, but am having difficulties connecting the two. It seems that my HE60 connecter is too big to fit into the HE60 adapter that was made for me. Am I missing something? Can the tip of my HE60 connector be pulled off in order for me to insert it into the adapter? I'm trying to pull it off, but I dont want to break anything. Was it Made wrong? I will post pictures if it is unclear. If anyone has any info, please let me know!

Yeah, he e-mailed me back. I'm sending it back to get fixed. It seems like it's something I can do myself but no matter how much I wanna test it out, I don't want to risk it.

That connector was put on backwards. How made it?
