I am currently using 8 a Heir Audio custom IEMs.

I am planning to get HD800 and D7000 or D5000

But I am also considering to get one more sub-headphone.

I prefer big sound-stage, strong bass, light weight.

He-300 is 270g and ma900 195g. Doesn't that matter with weight here.

Which one has bigger sound stage and stronger bass? ( also balanced sounds as well).

They are both open headphoens. ( If He-300 is better, I would also consider to get He-400 or 500, but too heavy to go for them)

Heya,

The MA900 is going to have the better sound stage. The HE-300 likely will hit a slightly better low tone response.

I would say try the MA900 first. See if it's to your liking. I say that only because the HE-300 can be wonky sounding if you don't get a revision 2 series HE-300 (new drivers). I tried a HE-300 revision 1 and it sounded really strange which makes buying used very difficult.

Very best,

compare to HE300, ma900 definitely sound more clear and has greater soundstage.
but the He300's bass is better than that of ma900.
well, for me i prefer ma900 :)
