that sounds basically like my gilmore v2-se.
 
and i'll second an earlier poster's recommendation of a top of the line headroom amp. headroom amps tend to do very well with sennheisers. i've heard their top shelf amps as parts of terrific sounding systems that have powered a number of cans including hd800s. the buda can run from either a single ended or balanced source and run your cans single ended or balanced. the big senns sound even better balanced.
