Authorized dealers aren't required for Sennheiser warranties, are they? I did not see such a clause: http://www.sennheiserusa.com/warranty

I called Sennheiser, and was very impressed with their customer service. When I asked whether purchasing from an Authorized dealer was necessary for the factory warranty, I got an edgy 'yes and no'. It seemed that it is technically not required, but it is in place to safeguard buyers.
