Hd solo beats jack

Hi, probably it's s stupid question, but im not an expert, anyway i v got a pair of beats hd solo and I made a mistake putting the wrong side of the cable into the headphones (the other jack)and I'm worried now I have damaged them, is it so or i have nothing to worry about?thanks

Listen to them. Judge for yourself.

it doesn't really matter which end of the cable you put in your headphones. the end that you jam in your player is only shaped differently so that it does not stick out and is less prone to break when you put the player in your pocket. otherwise, it's the same 3,5 inch jack on both ends. you have nothing to worry about unless you actually physically damaged the cable or the headphones by trying to connect/disconnect the cable forcibly.
