Hi guys bit of a problem here!! Not sure how it's happened either??

Any idea how to fix this without costing an absolute fortune or buying a new cable please?

Epoxy Resin?

Epoxy resin is awesome. I used it to repair my MDR-V6's after snapping part of them off, just wrapped it in fiberglass mesh and coated it in the epoxy and it was more durable than the original plastic.

Ooooo so would you say coat it in fiberglass first then?

Cheers :)

That would give it a little bit more durability, but it might not be necessary for a cable. If you've got some lying around it wouldn't hurt, but I'd say the epoxy should be good enough, that stuff is strong.

Plus that seems like a tight spot and the fiberglass would make it look a bit uglier so you should probably just stick with the epoxy.

I'll sell it for under the average price.
It's basically brand new since I've only ever used the cardas cable

Hold it on ice for please, you might have to ;D
