That's weird, because if anything, I found the HD600 cable connectors were a bit of a loose fit on the HD25 compared to the HD600. I did not trim the plugs or the sockets in any way. The plugs only fit one way around, not both (which is normal I think). Are your cans the HD25-1 ?
