I got from LMUE and some times I think that I got Pro II version too.
 
It isn't bass light at all, but i use sony hibrids tips, not the double flange.

I would say B3's are not lacking in bass but boom.  Every instrument that supposed to have a bass sound comes through, however when listening to EDM or hip-hop, you definitely won't feel like you're "in da club" where they blast the subwoofers.  B3 will never sound like that, no matter how loud you amp it, and it was never meant to be. 
 
I've switched from Heir tips (these are similar to the stock tips with the red inside, but with a slightly larger bore) to the white/opaque silicon ones.  What I've found is that their is a bit more boom, but it overall it perhaps veils the overall sound.  Soundstage is also reduced slightly.  Generally speaking, I guess I would not recommend the silicons, but ymmv.

+1, spot on!

I'd also like to add that after getting the B3's my preference for bass has changed pretty radically and while I initally found them to be bass light that's not the case any longer.

There's an easy way to distinguish the Pro2 (bassy one), its filters are black plastic mesh, whereas Pro1 filters are grey metal grille.

 3- bass-heads, this is not your iem. No it doesn't lack anything, it just did not give extra emphasize to bass.

@MuZo2 Welcome to the Havi family!
@knives & @MuZo2 I agree. At first I was under the impression that I had the Pro-2 version but was critically mistaken. The soundstage was too good to be anything but the Pro-1 version. 
@clee290 & @ebrian YES! Their definitely not bass heavy and any tips that improve bass also seem to compress soundstage and reduce clarity to varying degrees.
And lastly, @peter123 I totally agree. The B3's exhibit a certain natural quality that makes them so well rounded and balanced they're in a league of their own. 
 
My impressions of bass performance with the B3's (with double-flange tips) is that it's neutral, fast, and has very quick decay speed with a neutral source/amp and no EQ. But with an amplifier like the Topping NX-1 (that boosts bass a few dBs) it has more body, impact, and weight overall but sacrifices decay speed and accuracy a little. I personally prefer the open, neutral, and rewarding sound of the double-flanges with the small bass boost the NX-1 but everyone's preference will very. Lastly, I don't find the bass performance to be a negative. In fact, we should all celebrate the fact that the B3 is so flexible it can suit quite a lot of people's tastes.

It doesn't boost bass per say... but not having enough power will decrease bass response.
 
Since the amp is now giving the Havi enough power, you effectively get a "bass boost", but it is actually what it should normally be at when properly driven.

Perhaps we could come up with a list of such amps that the havis do not work well with?
