Has Ety had a moving coil IEM all along?

I just noticed this today looking at Ety's Wikipedia site.
Ety opened up EDGE Acoustics to appeal to the gaming community. Upon closer inspection, I came across this. From a quick google search I found a thread here citing them, from 2008.
This leads me to wonder, has Ety had moving coil/dynamic IEMs all along and just kept them quiet while they further developed it?
Who knows, anyone know anything about this?

I realize it says 'Coming soon', but this thread clearly mentions them. Have they made changes, or was this planned all along?

Well, as a gamer you want high isolation and usually cheap headphones. I don't think too many high level gamers use HD800's or JH16's. Isolation is right up Ety's alley and Dynamics are usually cheaper to manufacture. Doesn't surprise me Ety would market basically the same phone (based on looks alone) to the iPod/iPhone crowd.

@ethan961, the link you gave us says that they are 'Coming Soon...', and I believe that the site is up to date as of 2010. However thay seem to be available from the 'Buy Now'

AFAIK, GX100 has never reached the market ever since it was announced over 2 years ago.

Hmm... the 100 does look almost identical to the ety MC series (which may or may not ever be released). And that 400 is pretty much an HF2 with a separate plug for a computer mic input.

Interesting find.

When was the MC series announced? Surely after 2008.

My apologies, I meant when we first heard about them. I know at CES they had the actual product there, but I know we heard about them months before that at least.

IIRC, I read the MC series press release (along with HF3)during CES2010 for the first time. Here.

My bad, looks like the thread I was remembering started in January. Seemed longer ago than that.
I'm surprised nobody picked up on the GX100 being moving coil based a while ago. I suppose Ety has been working on it and planning a release for a while then, before Ortofon and Grado etc.
