Has anyone tried the Slappa HardBody Pro case for full size cans?

Ok I bought it - I figured paying $44 isn't much considering it'll be protecting a $500 pair of headphones. I'll post my impressions once it arrives.

It seems like it was designed for HD600s, 650s, 598s, etc.

I got this case last week for my 598's. Was only $20 when they still had it in stock. Would assume it would work well for the HD600's. It is sturdy enough that I can throw it in my computer bag and not worry about my cans. HD598's fit well int there with the cord. You have to detach the cord to get the headphones to fit in the case.

I got it the other day.

It's a lot bigger than I thought it'd be. My D5000's fit in it fine, although the case isn't as hard as I'd like it to be. If you accidentally sat on it with the headphones inside it I'm not sure it'd protect them that well. That's not to say the case has no firmness to it, I just thought it'd be more stiff. It has plenty of space inside for extra accessories and even has a little mesh pocket lining the front cover. It also has a good handle so I'd recommend this for anyone wanting a good firm case with a carrying handle.

Great, can you please snap a picture with D5K in it?

I got this one from amazon (2, actually).  It is light duty but certainy enough for car travel.  Fits my HE-500 and HD700 wonderfully. It's not a pelican, but is awesome for $17.50.

Thank you for sharing this information.

I bought 2 of them for HD600 and hopefully ATH-W1000 will fit too.  I will post some picture when them arrive.

Thanks again.

Ok, got those cases last week and tried all my full-size headphones with it.

*HD600/HD580 - with original cable fit nicely but with custom cable like Zu Audio Mobius, it is very tight.
*ATH-W1000/3000ANV - does not fit at all.
*RS-1/PS-500/HF-2 - Perfect!
*K240/K270 - A little tight but fits

One small issue, the case is nicely made but smell a little weird.  It is possibly that smell comes from the packaging.

I am still looking for good cases for ATH-W1000 and W3000ANV.
