Has anyone received the Audio-gd DAC-19MK3 yet?

I am hearing some strong and deep bass on this unit

anyone have the same feeling?

rather muddy on my speaker and make my k702 become rather bassy...
on poor encoded track.

the sound is rather detailed and much better than my old dac

and the high extend rather high without being overly fatigue for me

EDIT: was listening to Kleiber beethoven sym 5.
Great separation between the different instruments and i love the way this dac intepret the strings and brass

EDIT 2: Really shine with good recording. Now looping both kleiber beethoven 5 & 7.

I had been listening to music by 19MK3 for two days.

As a result of comparing with my Sound-card repeatedly, it has comment which I also resembled.
If I add to the opinion of Mr. squall343, 19MK3 will be expressing a dynamic and detailed sound.
But I think that 19MK3 may not express a "natural" sound which Head-Fi`s users consider.

--------------------------------------
There is an impression whose way using PH100 increases depth in sound more rather than I use C-2C.

Although C-2C made a quite decent sound, it was unsatisfactory for me.
(Since I am surmising that this is a reason depending on the taste to the characteristic of headphone, and my music, the performance of C-2C is not bad.)

I used C-2C for classical music, and PH100 is used for POP music.
(In the case of 19MK3,K701)

It is not necessary to say that my audio life became very good by 19MK3!(=19MK3 is wonderful DAC!)
I bought 19MK3 and am very much satisfied.

Mr. Kingwa, thank you!

Case1.PC→19MK3(USB)→PH100orC-2C→K701
Case2.Edirol R-09(DAP)→digital→19MK3→PH100orC-2C→K701
Case3.ONKYO 90-PCI(Reconstruction、myself)<Analog>→SHANLING PH100orC-2C→AKG K701

I got the Compass too, but I think I have to upgrade from this.

The DAC part with OP earth is fine but the headphone amp for my ears is inferior to my Shanling PH300.
Compass amp sound quite undetailed in comparision. Bright setting doesn't help.
For the DAC the moon is absolutely unlistenable for me. No details and absolutely dull.

My findings are independent of the headphone I used which are D5000 and DT880.

I still want to upgrade the DAC and looking for the best amp for me.
I like the built quality of Audio-GD, but I am not sure if sound signature of 19MK3 would fit my taste.
I was also thinking about C2C but it would have to be a very bit improvement over the Compass.

I wonder how it stacks against the NOS DAC Paradisea 3+ since both are priced in the same range.

I wanted to hear it against the Havana.... Mmmm it was my first choice before i decided on this, being that little bit cheaper and the PCM1704UK chip.

Whoa. A little bit cheaper might be a bit of understatement there, Townyj. Doesn't the Havana cost like $800-ish as opposed to the $400-ish DAC19MK3?

Cost wasnt an issue at the time... but half the price is quite a difference

Keep them impressions coming. Comparisons to other DACs are very welcome.

Mine should be shipped on week 24. I hope there won't be any delays.
