Thanks for all your best wishes. I did have a great birthday sharing it with my wife, daughter and her husband. Once home went up to my Concept 2 and did a short 40 minutes workout getting my heart rate up to 155 bpm (self limit is 160) with a 25' by a 25 stroke rate limited session in the middle of this. I felt real good afterward. Good workouts always make me sleep much better as I did.
