No idea. I did both upgrades before hooking it up. Tried direct from router and through a switch. Updated firmware twice.
Ok - some basic / stupid questions - have you confirmed it’s working via other inputs (eg Usb) confirming it’s a LAN issue?

How have you confirmed the firmware has been successfully updated - have you held down the button inside the scroll wheel at the same time as powering on the dac and confirmed you are looking at the latest firmware on the machine itself?

Yea ok - sounds to me like it's probably a networking issue and rather than a dac issue. My guess is there is an issue either on the router side or on the pc / software end. My knowledge is not great here on routing. i'd consider a full restart of the whole chain - router / machine / dac.

I don't use foobar, but in roon - you'll always see the device in the audio menu (where it can then be enabled), and where you don't, either it's not on the network (router problem), or roon / dac need a restart. It can take roon up to a minute sometimes to discover the dac when power up.

I am not sure i can be of more help. Hopefully someone else can offer you some more troubleshooting.

Thanks, for the help. My Microrendu works perfectly streaming to the R26.

Apologies if this has already been answered (tried searching to no avail) - I see several vendors selling this on Amazon. Is there one that's the "official" or reputable reseller on Amazon for Gustard?

Maybe those familiar with HQ might know a setting or something on the backend.

You install the drivers if on Windows? Is it selected as your output device, etc etc
These are the questions I’m sure you’ve asked yourself, but I know I forget the small things sometimes.
Streaming from HQ to the Rendu us, as usual, perfect. I think the streaming section is defective
