If you try to turn off the external clock and select the external clock input, Exterr will be displayed. If you turn on dsd direct, the music will still continue. If you turn off dsd direct, there will be no sound

When the A26 is in standby mode, press the power button to switch it on.
Hold down the menu button (gear icon) while the Gustard logo is still displayed.
A version number of Axxx_xxx_xxx will be displayed.
The more recent the version, the larger the number.
yikes! Why would you use a jitter machine external clock especially for DSD?I decided not to use dsd direct mode, I still think there is a problem with the firmware and I want to use my external clock
The AK4499EX only supports 128x and 256x rates. So DSD512 and DSD64 isnt direct. You are still passing through the A26 modulator.Btw, if you use 48k family output from hqp, you will hear a pop sound when the music playing.
