Mndless mentioned that he was under the impression you now have the ST4, is this correct? If so i would love to hear your thoughts on its performance and in particular how it stacks up against the GD5? To be honest I'm looking at getting my first all BA IEM and this model is on the top of the list. Any impressions on vocal performance,detail retrieval,staging & instrument separation would be great especially in comparison to the GD5? Thanks in advance for your help its much appreciated

I am kinda interested in the ST1, since it uses the Sonion 2356. Which is used in Sony´s most expensive iem (more expensive than the Z1R).

How do you find out the exact Sonion/Knowles BA in each monitor? I would love to find out the exact BA's in the ST4 & GD5, do you happen to know?

lol, I just asked them about the driver on the ST1 and they told me it was the Sonion 2356.

Haha got ya I was just looking and the GD3B also has the Sony Just Ear BA! The only thing that puts me off is they say it has more Mid-Hi frequency energy compared to the -GD3A and people who own the 3A say it is very bright! Actually you own the 3A and done a great review of it, what do you think about adding more Mid-HI's?

No it says the GD3B has the Sony Just Ears which i imagine is the Sonion 2356? I also just noticed it says the SE5 also has the Sony Just Ears BA! It doesn't actually say which model it is other than saying it has the same 23 Series Sonion used in the Sony Just Ears so they all must be the same BA unless Sony Just Ears uses different BA's?

Yeah this is something i don't know? But i imagine Sony must use the same BA in all the Just Ear models other wise GS Audio wouldn't highlight it as one singular Model!

Maybe...all I know is that JustEar have different models tuned to the artist they are collaborating with. Like Lisa and Hiroyuki Sawano (NZK) versions. If its the same hardware with different tuning, I have no clue.....

I suppose the only way to know for sure is ask GS? To be fair its pretty amazing anyway the ST1 & GD3B using ANY of the Sony Just Ears BA if you think of the price difference! I would LOVE to know who the other companies GS produces for? They actually make SIX different Tribrids available from other companies!

Fearless is the only one I am sure that they are the OEM for. No clue if they work with others though. Same goes for those tribrids, I havent seen anything like them with other companies.

Yeah same as, i heard about Fearless but knowbody else! Would be fascinating to know who else though? Going totally OT but have you had any experience with MEST MK2? I'm seriously considering selling my Bravado mk2 and picking it up? But I'm worried it won't satisfy my Basshead needs?
