Are you sure the GD3A GD3B aren't vented at the 2 pin connector? My SD9 have small openings there.

Those small vents dont do anything for pressure alleviation.

That is true, my SD9 has quite a bit of pressure build up, similar to my SA6. They truly seal.

The GD5 looks like a really nice IEM! There is only the small dip at 3K. The graph reminds me of the Sony IER-Z1R.

I'm looking forward to seeing what their graph looks like and what shell design they go with for the GD3C. I've got a GD5 and GD3A on the way, so I'll post some brief comparisons between the two. Unfortunately, I lack the means to graph them, so it'll just be subjective comparisons.

YES my friend I'm thinking exactly the same thing lol I think I'm gonna pick up the GD5 in SE12 clothing and add the Hakugei Golden Bodhi Cable and Wait for the GD3C?
Do you have any idea what the Shell Colour its gonna be? if the colour isn't to my taste i will get it dressed up in SD3 Cloths and add the Hakugei Rainbow Unicorn Cable? I think these 2 IEM'S will do everything my beloved Empire Ears Bravado mk2 cannot do i.e male vocals, ballads, bands like The Cure & Arcade Fire where a great midrange & Transiant speed for complex albums like Disintegration is essential and the Bravado mk2's rececced mids just doesn't work! But for EDM & DnB they are MASTERS, my only gripe is there very expensive for a one trick pony, but i cannot afford Legend X so its the next best thing!
The ONLY. other IEM I'm Intrested in and a competitor to the GS Audio GD5 & GD3A/C is the BVGP Artmagic DH5 which is 1 10 mm Beryllium DD & 4 Knowles BA and it is very Competative at £69! The only problem there are no reviews! So I'm gonna get the GD5 and either GD3A or GD3C and be done with it. The Australian guy on YouTube own's a few pairs of GS Audio both cheaper & more expensive says the GD5 is his favorite set from his collection of GS Audio IEM'S! He say's they are a "grown up" version of the GD3A and are 2 or 3 steps up from them. With the GD3A already competing with $200 iem's the GD5 should be up there with Mid-Tier IEM'S.!

I am owner of GD3B and i am selling it...

I have tried it with

- Hiby r3pro
- Cx pro dongle
- X1 dongle
-Topping d50s+ L30 amp
-E1da 9038d dongle
-Samsung dongle

I have never heard so much muddy sound from a 100€ iem. No sepration , no timbre, no soundstage , no highs, no musicality , no layers.

Very very dissapointed really.

Trying to find my own target response and I feel like I will get one if I mix these two together.

-prefer more subbass focus
-Bass self leveling off around 250Hz
-Pinna gain peaks around 2800Hz
-good upper treble extension past 12kHz
-prefer not to have 5-6KHz dips
