Oh collective head-fi group mind -- please tell me where (in your opinion) are the really fantastic audio (and headphone) shops in Taipei. I'm looking forward to your suggestions.

From the looks of it... it's near two subway stations (right in between them).. those two blue dots on the map?

Come to think of it.. it's really close to where I went to elementary school when I was a kid.. wow.. memories.

Based on the map, the nearest subway station is the CKS Memorial Hall. Exiting the station, you should go west on the Nanhai Rd. 3 major blocks later, you turn left (south) on the Chungching (or Chongqing) S. Rd. The store is in the building across the street from the 38C audio/new/used CD store. The address is
3F, No. 59-2, Chungching (or Chongqing) S. Rd. Sec. 2, Taipei, Taiwan.

Thanks for reminding me of the other subway (Mass Rapid Transit) station.

The nearest subway station is the Xiaonanmen Station. Go east on the Aikuo (or Aiquo) E. Rd. Turn right (south) on Chungching (or Chongqing) S. Rd. It's about 1 1/2 blocks away.

man...wish this thread was here over the weekend...i was in taipei for 2 days! now back in taichung but I'm heading back to school tomorrow

. Did manage to spot an AT W1000 at a hifi shop in "electric st." here, but sold the next day i went.
