Hi,
Currently i am modding my Grado SR60e's to have a removable cable and on one side only. Sadly during the operation i accidentally ripped the circuitboard off of the driver unit (Picture 1). https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1KBrYzrNRMdpafOpu2rwbqjjBh2Ytrzy7

Here is my question: Can i still fix this, and if so how? I can't wrap my head around how this seemingly blank piece of plastic talks to the driver. I've searched the web far and wide but can't find anything related to my specific problem.

I am fearing the worst, luckily we have sites like earphonediy.com where i can get new drivers, but i'd like to try and fix this myself.

Thanks in advance for reading and possible tips!
David
