Cup your hands around the grill and blow hard on it. Repeat until the rattle is gone.

It does seem like it, doesn't it, but it still fixes the problem

Eventually you might want to clean it out. Vacuuming might possibly work, but it doesn't seem like it would. Taking the cups apart would work but you probably don't want to do that. Just blow gently and leave it be.

I experienced this tons of times before... Just take the hairlines out every once in a while, since hair accumulates!
 
Sennheiser pads also help solve this issue for lower end Grado cans plus they are much more comfortable.
