I like both of these, but prefer the rs2 because of it's more forward and involving presentation. 
The K702 is great with a powerful amp though. Perfect for more relaxed listening with a wider soundstage stretched in front of you.
They are also better with "noisy" and loud music - free jazz for example - for longer periods of time. The Grados can be fatiguing in that way.
Quite complimentary headphones, if you can afford both.
