Hi,
I have a Grado RA-1 headphone amp. It uses 2 9v batteries. I'm not sure if they are serial or parallel. Does anyone know the best way to modify the unit so I can plug it into an ac outlet? I guess I could definitely use 2 9v ac adapters and hook each one to a battery clip in the unit. Is there a more elegant solution? Would I be able to use a single 18v adapter and hook the clips in serial? Or would I be able to use a single 9v adapter and hook the clips in parallel? I've tried asking Grado and they are trying to find an answer, but I thought the forum members here might have the answer already.
Thanks!
