I sometimes use a set of C-Pads with a recabled RS-1.
The pads are very comfortable and fit best in combination with a Beyer headband. They do change the sound, not always for better. Kind of like adding a bit of "K701 injection" into the RS-1.
I don't like the way the MS2i sounds with C-Pads.
