You'll grow man boobs?

I can't drink diet soda, it doesn't taste good. If you really have a a craving, just drink the normal stuff. Moderation is the key.

Cold turkey isnt the ticket if you stop caffeine abruptly, because youll have terrible headaches for days. If i stopped coffee, tea. Pepsi/Coke, i would have to slow it down to one a day, then stop. I get enough headaches as it is ,being diabetic.

Mountain Eww is nearly the worst tasting soft drink ever. But the worst is a Maltese soft drink Kinnie. Utterly poor tasting.

I drink water and Freeway Cola light (the brand that LIDL sells).

I tried the no drinking soda thing for a while but I just missed it, and then I got introduced to the imported Coke that uses cane sugar and well it was all over from there. There is plenty of stuff out there that is bad for you, it just depends if you can do it in moderation or not.

I drink at least one Coke a day, every once and a while two, but I also drink a lot of water, and I run on average 5-6 miles a day so I figure that makes up for the Coke.

I think you can use it for cooking (unlike aspartame). I only use it in meal replacement drinks(aka: protein shake). I also mix aspartame with the stevia which I feel is much better (healthier) than sugar.

I have precious few vices I let myself partake in, so when I cut coffee out a few years back, I picked up drinking an abnormal amount of Coke. I used to give up even that for a certain 40 days a year and it's pretty much hell.

Best of luck hope you're more than successful!

I'd like to throw in that I use to drink this drink called Irn-Bru every single day... maybe 2-3 litres per day. I gave it up cold turkey 4 months ago and didn't experience any headaches. I also didn't see any weight loss

Good luck!

Diet Mountain Dew is quite possibly the worst example of a regular-to-diet drink. It tastes absolutely nothing like the real thing, in my theory, because there's no such thing as diet orange juice, and OJ is one of the ingredients.

I'm a big fan of diet soda. Delicious, tasty, carbonated, often sweeter than the regular soda equivalent, and caffeinated! My all-time favorite soda is Diet Sunkist, but my new backup isn't so bad, either, Diet Coca-Cola Cherry Zero. That stuff is great. I'd say it tastes closer to Cherry Coke than any other diet soda I've ever tried.

But yeah I miss soda and coffee right now. I got some stomach bug and I've been having a lot of problems ever since (possible stomach ulcer), so I stopped drinking coffee and soda. No headaches or anything, but it doesn't mean I don't miss it.

I stopped drinking pop at the age of 15 (2 years ago) and I haven't looked back since. Occasionally juice, but I mix it with water but mostly clear liquids, water, propel, and occasionally gatorade.

How about just old fashioned working out and running and jump roping? I don't care who you are...you'll shed some serious fat with a good jump roping and exercise regimen, regardless of what you eat.

Day 1 without a Dew. I feel like I cheated though because I had a Diet Pepsi.

The "next 25 years of gaming" article is so hilariously bad and over-the-top counterculture and anti-commercialism it's not even funny.

I will bet anyone a zillion dollars that in 25 years I still spend most of my gaming time playing Super Nintendo games because everything else blows.

Exercising improves health, but I doubt it causes weight loss by itself.

In any case, why not just drink Diet Mountain Dew? Seriously, small steps man. Diet Mountain Dew tastes, IMO, a lot like regular.

Ya, Diet Soda is not as healthy as water, but compared to sugar it's a miracle for people like as with high homeostasis fat levels.

Sure, if you want aspartame destroying your brain cells. I don't understand how people can even drink that stuff. Half a can of diet soda and I have a migraine that puts all others to shame.
