Good pre amp, amp combo for both loudspeakers and headphones

Will be driving the HD 650, and probably some electrocompaniet loudspeakers. I just want inputs on amps that function well for both purposes. Listen to a lot of electronic music, some lounge and alternative, and really dont like my tunes too bright.

Not sure what the used price is now, but if you can find a VTL 85i it is a truly wonderful integrated amp with a very good HP section. No need for separate pre and power amps with this puppy. Original price was $2,000-2,500. EL34 magic with no compromises whatsoever.
