Any recommendations would be appreciated as this will be my first headphone amp purchase.
 
I have being seriously thinking of getting the Stepdance or RS P51.
 
I would also be using 50% of listening time with my MS-Pro's.

You've probably read it, but it would seem to be an amp that should be on your radar.

If this is your first, i recommend going used in case you dont like it, you can sell it for what you paid for it on Head-Fi.

I use the JDS Labs Bass Boost cMoy v2.02 with my ER-4P. I have had this combo for about 2 years now and it is fantastic to listen to. It boosts the bass the right amount for me which the ER-4P is lacking in. Clean, clear and deep and a lot cheaper than the other fancy amps on the go.
 I did also replace the stock amp with an AD8620 on a BrownDog adapter.
