Well, I want a pair of IEMs that are decent and will work well with my 160gb iPod. The upper end price I am looking at is the Phonak PFEs. Others are the DD earbuDDs. Anyway, all suggestions will be looked at and links to reviews and stuff are greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I will list the models that are on my radar as of now. The Shure SE 115, the Sennheiser CX-400II, the Phonak Audeo PFE, Monster Turbines, Digital Designs earbuDDs, Bose in ears and the Etymotic hf5. Those are what I am looking at, but I am leaning heavily towards the Phonaks, Monsters or Etymotics. Any help is definitely appreciated.

< means less than.

Anyways, what kind of music will you be listening to primarily? Do you need good isolation? Have you heard other earphones before? What did/didn't you like about them?

Yes, I am an SQ nut. Have a pretty decent home system, some B&W 603s and a pretty nice car system too, so SQ is more important than bass.

i'd go for the PFE's then, u wont be disappointed their SQ

it also responds very well to amping so if you have an amp, that's even better.. if not, it'll still sound great out of your ipod - just wont be at full potential w/o an amp

Well, I didn't know that code, ****. I wonder if they will let me apply it after the fact or cancel and reorder using the code.
