Can someone recommend me some? Cheaper is better but just recommend some you like. This will be used with a Sansa express until I can do better.

I really like my Meelectronic M6's.  I have 4 or 5 IEMs now, and I wear them the most.  Can be found under $20, and Newegg just had them for $13.  Comes w/ a case, a few different tips, and airline adapter and cable winder.

How cheap is cheap?  I'm pretty sure the Soundmagic PL30 comes with a case, and if it's the same case that came with my PL50, it's excellent and wouldn't break if you tried.

Though that's just if you find ~$30 "cheap."

Ehh beware, recent batches of PL30 don't come with hard cases anymore. I got a soft pouch made of leather-like material.

Can't you get some cheap case (e.g. from ebay) instead?
