Gilmore Dynahi cost...can I not add or something?

Well, if he's in or was in the industry and has a few sources or connections, he could certainly build a Dynahi for dirt cheap. If you were to mass produce Dynahis you could probably make them for like...well under $100. And then turn around and sell them for $800.

Apparently Borbely Audio sells matched transistors. A quick glance and it looks like most or all of the ones needed for the Dynahi. Not sure if they ship to the US, there have this Audiokits distributor in the US but all they seem to sell are kits.

You live pretty close to where I am (Erie PA). You are welcome to come down one of these weekends and check out the Dynahi.
