So are these essentially CP100 / standard Spinfits but with transparent bells? I've been using Spinfits for almost 10 years and recently tried Moondrop's Spring tips - I was blown away by how well they seal. My first thought was, I want Spinfit to make a tip with this material.....

Just ordered and received Spinfit W1 tips from Audio46. Best price available, fast and free shipping too. I received mine less than 3 full days after I ordered them.
I got these for my 64 Audio Nio, because I wanted something a little softer and grippier than the stock (CP145 I think) silicone tips that come with them. Without losing any of the stock sound qualities. Well guess what? These make the soundstage a bit wider, noticeably taller & deeper. They also tighten up the bass just a touch. Making the already spacious and punchy Nio sound even tighter and cleaner. 'Truth in advertising' I would say. They do grip very well which makes them harder to come lose unintentionally and a little bit more fidgety to insert. No problem for me, the trade off is not having to regularly re-seat them every few minutes like before. You can actually feel the tip articulating and 'finding' the right angle and fit in your ear. Oh and you will not be losing these tips by having them fall off of your IEMs, them really grip. I fact, you have to be careful when removing them as to not rip them, so I just kind of peel them off. My only gripe is that Spinfit has only made these available in the S/M/L pack, so you only get one set in your size . Why no packs with just one size @SpinFit Eartip? You make these one size packs for your other tips. Anyway, gripe aside, these are my new favorite tips, already ordered a back up set from Audio46 (fast and free shipping). Highly recommend.
