Eagerly waiting for your comparison between the two, especially if the highs were tamed.
I give ya visual review.

Had some tears also. And yes treble is tamed. Those are deffo not as "analytical" as gk100 so wider audience can enjoy them. Id say its more Musical iem with fuller sound across the spectrum. Just hooked it up to my tubed amp and detail is still there.

For those that wished to better understand the Geekwold model phylosophy, this video tries to shed some light.

All models from the entry level GK10S to the flagship GK200 are Tribrids, DD + BA + Piezoelectric.
The next factor separating the different models is the number of drivers and how they are allocated to the frequency spectrum.

To this point worth mentioning is that some models have the bulk of the mids handled by a DD, GK10S and GK100, while others this task is given to BAs
This then means that the sound profile will be different in all.

Starting with the GK100 we have a QDC style tuning where technical prowess is the order on the day, although good musicality and correct timbre and tonality are also achieved.
Perhaps a slightly over energetic presentation in the upper mids and then in the past 10k area , are the only nitpicks , although this didn't bother me.

The GK20 took a path where the Piezzo has been turned down and Midbass boosted to give us a thicker sound , more organic and easier on the ears , even if this did cost less technical performance.

The GK200 goes the opposite route, and positions itself as the most energetic of the three , highly clinical and a delight to the fans of twinklies and Sparklies, but it does not scale as well as the previous models, leading to premature fatigue in long listening sessions.

Finally the GK10S is a mixed bag of emotions, the bass is decent, lower mids ditto, but then we have this huge valley in the upper mids / treble area, the resulting sound being female vocals lack.detail and sparkle and the sound is overly warm.
I am hopeful that the GK10S I have is a lemon, as the potential to be an excellent performer is there.

KG10S sound like my gk10 after vent mods iw done. Sealed up front vent and made new rear vents. I was very happy with my gk10 AFTER mods it was reason why i pulled trigger on 200 bucks gk100 without any reviews anywhere and was totally worth it as for last dunno 8 months ?? Gk100 became my most used earphone and made all others obsolete basically

Hi, would you mind describing the sound improvement after performing the vent mod of GK10?

But the shell lookes so small, for this amount of drivers. Can it be real?

Jesus take my money
Never seen an 8mm planar i hope its not the square planar
Akoustyx S6 has a single 6.1 mm planar-magnetic driver, and sounds really, really good.
I hope GW have their hands on something likewise quality. This is a crazy new iem. I like GK200, will be hard to resist GK300 too.

Interesting as I have a very different take on the GK10s after burn-in. Really smooth now, with correct vocals and amazingly correct timbre, even in the guitars. This review will end-up a fun one to do.
