Where do I apply it? What's the ideal procedure? 

A bit of super glue (not too much, but enough so that when the piece is applied it spreads evenly and as fully as possible without much over flow or any at all if possible) on the side of the wing. Apply the small broken piece and hold it steady for about a minute applying decent pressure, being careful to not allow it to collapse inwards (this is tough due to angle). Then let sit for a while to ensure the glue has completely bonded and you should be good.

I've done the same with my a700s. It is kind of nerve racking to be honest. But it is possible. Good luck.
