Which one has better driver and sounds better all around and why?
this question might sound silly but man, I just can't think of any better question at the moment so I'm sorry :'\

MG7's are bass heavy.
From what I read GR07's are quite neutral sounding
 
So as whitefroded said - depends do you want more bass (mg7), or more treble (gr07)?

Your comparing radically different earphones with different price ranges....I would suggest doing some research.

I heard both and prefer GR07. It's my taste choice only.

Vziera, if you answer the questions asked then we can help you. The gr07 and the mg7 are both very capable iem's, it's all dependent on music and sound sig preferences. I have had both and like both for different reasons.
