This morrning I was in my elevator with a woman (in her fifties?). I had my Beyer 250-250's in my hand (but my ipod/amp was inside my backpack).

She looked at the cans, and said, "so year earmuffs have radios inside of them -- that's nice." I politely told her that they were headphones, but that yes, they do keep my ears warm as well.

Just wanted to share this trivial exchange.......

Old people rock! ...well sometimes

A number of years ago I was going to work and had stopped by my grandmas house on the way. I was dressed down wearing jeans and a Stabbing Westward shirt and my grandma says:

"Are you going to work like that?"
"What do you mean?"
"With all that stabbing business on your shirt"

LMAO!!!!

I took to the average plugs of water-drainage the end to work extreme
and those very, that one that I took to traverse, this allegro of the

Well, okay the original line was supposed to be "I wore my headphone to work and all I got is this funny comment."

The original line was "I love headphones!"

Last year, the babelizer spit out "Esteem the water-filled drainage corks!"

'Head-Fi is definitely the best place in the entire universe. Headphones definitely rule."

The updated restoration of the FI in the space of this whole number to
the house is not the program more better possible to desensamblar.
They control to desensamblar the majority of the horn.

Nice!!!

Back when I was using Grados in public, people were expecting me to taxi Airplanes or something. Suffice to say, I don't have Grados anymore.

I posted this a while back, but I think its fitting for this thread. A conversation I had with my audiophile brother. He was demoing my MS2, and then new Millet.

After listening to my MS2 fo 30 minutes on my Millet:
Bro:
"Wow they really sound great. Balanced and not too bassy. I like how they project guitars."

Bro: (rubbing his head and ears, puzzled look on his face, examining the cans further)
"So these are Grados in reality... right?"

Me:
"Yeah, George and john are buddies... busines partners. George specializes in boutique guitar amps, and came to John to team up and release a headphone with the Alessandro name on it."

Bro: (rubbing his ears)
"God they Hurt.... Why do they make the foam hard and rough?"

Me:
"Its john Grado's design, Much of it carry over from his father Joe. They are what HE wants to put HIS name on and sell. What youre feeling there is part of the Grado hazing... LOL".
biggrin.gif

Bro (still rubbing his now visibly red, sore ears)
"Have you ever seen John or Joe Grado?

Me:
"Yeah just pics from the Gradolabs www site. He's a real family man from what I understand.... why"
confused.gif

Bro:
"Do they have square heads?"

That is some funny stuff, I wish I had something witty to add to this thread. It'll probably come to me after the bliss in my ears wears off-it's being amplified by 'herbal remedies'
