Since mobile phones were on 3G back when you released the Teleportation Tweak did the technology require much revision to accommodate 4G and later 5G ?
I imagine that the transfer time was vastly shorter on 4G and 5G. Is the 15 seconds you indicated above the 4G time, 5G or the original 3G ?
How did you work around the need for 5G signals to also spread Covid 19 from late 2019, that must have thrown a spanner in the works. I assume that the virus distribution would require quite a bit of the available data transfer capacity of 5G but that is just an assumption on my part, I know nothing about spreading viruses via telecommunications nor teleportation for that matter.
The 15 seconds accounts for only the entire procedure time, once I start doing it, the other steps after the first one at 0 seconds consolidate and expand the results. The communications channels are whatever’s available at the time. So it could be copper, fiber, satellite, undersea cable, however the provider chooses. So we know satellite up and down time for radio communications is a couple seconds so factor that in, otherwise communications is very rapid over copper, fiber, microwave. Almost light speed, subtract some Obviously no shipping required, which can be a big headache in this hobby, right?

You're being foolish. Don't you at least feel so when typing "teleportation" in something that's supposed to be a serious conversation about reality? That alone should trigger your new age organic spider-sense. This is not an episode of Star Trek. Nothing is teleported. There is no way to deal with the randomness of a measured particle, as the very concept of quantum mechanic defines a probabilistic world where every outcome is a possibility, until we measure stuff and the wave function collapses for that measured stuff.
