Sorry...you have to be more clear. Are you saying that the frequency response does not match? The numbers that are usually something like 20Hz to 20kHz? If that is what you are talking about, no, they do not matter. Match or not, everything will work fine.
As for a DAC. it depends on what you have, what you want, and what your budget is.
Also...45 minutes before you bump the thread? You might want to give more time for people to answer. Even the most active members (most unlike myself) have other things to do outside of this forum.
Thanks man and I had a thread yesterday waited a while no one really answered my question but thats me being greedy. My source is cd's and im wondering if dac make a diffrence
a DAC really won't matter if it's something wrong with the synergy of the two. the DAC "could" help it if it had EQ'ing on it. but really. if it doesn't have synergy. get rid of it and get something that does.
if it doesn't sound good to you. then you should get another one. all im saying that is if you are using an ipod with lod and stuff already and you still don't like it. then another one would be best
