lol okay that number is crazy, refreshed right at 09.00, had a slight problem with my browser, and then in a few minutes, BAM. hundreds have been ordered already. Glad that I succeeded in putting my order in.
 
No doubt that this drop will be over soon, I wonder if they can ship it faster than the promised date if that happens...

 Wasn't in the market for a full-size headphone, but I've always wanted to try out one of Fostex's offerings and, well, this seems to be a reasonably safe bet! Plus, $400 is near to what I would've expected to pay for a used TH-600 anyway.
 
Also, yeah, Massdrop was definitely put under some strain due to the several-hundred-plus audiophiles jamming on the "Buy" button. 

 Don't freak out if you don't immediately receive a receipt for your purchase; your payment likely went through, the server's just very busy. Best hustle if you haven't made up your mind yet, though. Good or bad, this headphone's going to sell out very, very quickly!

Ha! Looks like 3 orders went in. It told me the transaction was no found once and the other two just kept spinning so I cancelled them. Now I'm having a hard time cancelling 2. Maybe I'll keep them and put them up for ransom.
