Wow cool. S/N ratio of 115dB sounds great.
I have to go to FOSTEX showroom to listen this amp with TH900.

I'll eat my hat if it actually performs to that spec when hooked up to an audio analyser. Looks great though.

That means it should have a warm sound.

If you generate your own solar power with roof panels, who is going to make you say you can't use a class A tube amp?

Fostex International just announced the Fostex HP-V8 on their Facebook page.

(Click the photo above to see it a larger version.)

All they've said about it so far is:

I'm not sure what the tube complement is yet, but you can see on its front panel that there are both single-ended and balanced headphone outputs, along with a rotary switch that lets you select low- and high-gain settings for either low-impedance or high-impedance headphones.

As we find out more information, we'll share it with you, if it isn't posted here by others first.

Tube complement could be a tube power supply?

And so it should ping when the tubes have had their proper heat up time

A beastly apparatus which I predict will be relentless on most wallets.

The heat could dry dishes! Innovation!

I hope they bring it to RMAF 2015. I wonder what is its output power.....

Exactly.  If it does use a tube power supply with a 5U4G, it may hit around 85db SNR - at best.
Seems like an odd mix of tubes - 300B, KT88 - I wonder what it is supposed to be as far as market positioning.

It makes no sense to have the KT88 and 300B in the same circuit. Could it be that they have different switchable circuits?

There should be no discernible SQ difference between a S/N of 85db or 115db.
