I commented on his (Gadgetry Tech) K7 review, I mentioned that he had the i5 on the desk and asked if there was a review coming, he commented back saying that his goal was to have it out by the end of the month so hopefully today!

Super Review is not trustworthy. How the people can believe that the first headphones of a remarkable brand will be absolute garbage erasing the treble spectrum? Please

What? His review isn't even out yet and you claim this... I don't take any sides, but when it comes to measurements, Super Review has a lot more accurate rig compared to PFS's MiniDSP EARS, which stops being accurate after 2 kHz. Let's just wait for more reviews.

I wouldn't trust a word coming out of PFS' mouth and all the rest of the subjectively oriented reviewers, even if some of them do present measurements.

I detect three main problems in all the presented i5 measurements:
1. Bass deficiency (especially for a plannar).
2. 500 Hz to 2kHz unevenness.
3. Ear gain region deficiency.

What people believe is irrelevant to the discussion. This headphone is an OEM sold by Fosi. Though they produce fine electronics for very competitive prices doesn't mean they'll make fine headphones or even choose the right ones to put their name on it.
