So its justv like the basic abyss cable good to know. Its too dry and too open soundingI dont find it warm with susvara. Its neutral to my ears. Maybe Some sparkle at the top.

For those looking for an all copper cable with the LCD-5, the Noir HPC MK2 is an excellent option as well. I’m finding I prefer the stock tuning with this cable and no longer feel the need to EQ (it smooths out the treble and the added warmth down low makes for an incredibly engaging, yet resolving listen)
That's good to know, thanks!
Me too. It's all the cable you need.
After seeing your photo I miss Senns HD800 (I had them many years ago). Extremely comfy cans for my rather large head

Im using the Noir HPC mk2 and wonder if its worth to „upgrade“ to the Noir Hybrid for my Abyss Diana V2. Is the Hyprid also a slightly warm cable or is it more on the analytical, open but not on the engaging side of just listening to the music instead of actively paying attention to where each musical instrument is placed
I had the Noir HPC Mk2 (copper) on my HD800 until I switch to Noir Hybrid HPC (silver/copper). HPC Mk2 is naturally warmer being copper. Hybrid HPC has more sparkle as some has observed. I wouldn't call it analytical or clinical. There's still copper there to balance it out. Hybrid HPC is the better cable unless you really want to warm up your system.
On Susvara, my observations on the stock cable vs Noir Hybrid HPC. Both are silver/copper but the stock cable has a tighter tone and will sound more precise at first. I live with the stock cable for a week but realise that I had miss the Hybrid HPC more natural presentation, better texture and a punchier tone. So I am back to using the Hybrid HPC on Susvara and never consider switching again.
Thank you is the Claire HPC equal in sound compared to the noir?

Not quite equal but I consider the Claire HPC the junior version of the Hybrid HPC. It's still a nice cable both in sound and looks. Extremely light weight.
Every cable maker has a flagship cable and for Forza, that is the Noir Hybrid HPC. A full bodied tone with extended high end, a price to keep inflation from sky rocketing. Spend $500 on the Hybrid HPC and you won't feel guilty that you had spend $5000 on an after market cable.

Can anyone who has heard both comment on the differences between the Noir HPC MK2 & Claire HPC MK2 (same wire, different configuration so I would expect the differences to be minimal)

Thaye're both similar, but I think that the increased conductive area in Noir makes this model more audible in general. You pay more and get a product that does the same thing, but more of it.

After a lot of brooding, I've finally went ahead, and this just got delivered today
Noir HPC Mk2
Thanks Matt for all the help sorting my options out.
Notice the care Matt puts on his cables, the protection on the splitter for shipping. Really nice, Matt!!
This is going on a Denon D7200
The original cable has nothing on Matt's cable. FAW's Noir is sooooo smooth and flexible.
Not as critical as on a portable setup, but even for a desktop setup, as mine, this is a very nice feature.
Ready for burn-in.
Whitey Ford Sings the Blues is sounding sweet on here
ps: Tis a FAW cable. Wot ur xpecting?? TOP NOTCH and no regrets
pps: Ordered on April 3rd, received today. That's sixteen days "coast-to-coast" including Easter holidays in between. Pretty fast!!
