Im used to my xba3 mic and am going to a non mic iem, gonna be weird/bit annoying.
For those with iPhone's, does no mic iem's bother you?

For sure. I always use my IEM/ headphones to take calls and while at work to make some phone calls so I could multitask.
No mic is a deal breaker for me...
