If you ever get the chance, this is, quite literally, the best vinyl record I've ever heard. It's dead quiet, and incredibly clean, and the intimacy is simply phenomenal!
There are some amazing recordings on this Greatest Hits album. The K340 reveals all the micro details with great precision.

NIRATIAS (2021) by Chevelle - The title stands for "Nothing Is Real And This Is A Simulation" and is a concept album that covers interstellar travel amongst other things. The excellent cover is by Boris Vallejo. I've always thought of Chevelle as a solid rock outfit but there are a couple of hints of prog here and there, which is understandable considering the theme, they are also not really a band as there are just two of them, Pete Loeffler on vocals, guitar, bass and piano and his brother Sam Loeffler on drums. The SMSL stack is wringing every last ounce of detail out of the music and the Denons are adding a bit of smoothness while doing very, very naughty things with the bass

Waking up to Focal Elegia. It's a work day.
Focal Elegia < Singxer SA-1 < Mojo 2 < Roon < PC
Even though they released some of their most significant work in the 1980s, Sonic Youth defined the sound of the 1990s for me. And their instrumental SYR series of recordings is about as '90s as it gets.

Going real basic during breaks from my honey due list:
Master & Dynamic HM40
Mac Studio headphone output, Naim Uniti Core Server with Audirvana Origin.
Al Hirt, Swingin' Dixie.

M-Scaler > TT2 > Envy > Focal Stellia
Stellias plus Envy dynamics and wide sound stage gives this album almost real life experience. The instruments could be more up front instead of vocal but I suspect this is how this album got mastered so nothing to complain about. For more romantic experience one could go with Meze Empys but instead I recommend actually spending this time with the ones you love everyday without waiting for upcoming valentine day.

Listening to Kanye West's 808s and Heartbreak on my HE-R9s.
It's always so much fun working my way through Kanye's discography because I never really know what to expect from his music, other than greatness. He's yet to disappoint.
Got more albums on the way, but I didn't notice some of them aren't expected to arrive until late March.
At any rate, these headphones pair phenomenally with this album. The bass is absolutely bone rattling.
