For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

the lcd 2 is a sweet looking headphone. i was thinking about that one if i would not have seen the 109. how is the comfort?
I was actually picking between the LCD-2C and 109 Pro for my upgrade... i really liked both on my demo, the 2C even more than the LCD-X. I was very impressed with the entire Meze line, the 109 is one of the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn... so with that, the 2C is pretty hefty. It has taken a couple days to get used to. I have to wear it more forward on my head than most other over ears to prevent a hot spot, but the sound is out of this world, especially once I started messing with EQ.

I will probably pick up a 109 Pro at some point because I could see it being an all day wear for me. The 2C is definitely not, i need more breaks now than I used to but its worth it IMO.

As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichta Falls (1976) by Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays - After spending the last couple of hours listening to the amazing 2023 total remix and expansion of The Beatles 1962-1966 (the Red album), which is just as impressive as the Blue album I listened to yesterday, I needed something different and this album is about as far away from The Beatles as you can get. Metheny Takes care of guitars and bass and Mays is master of the keyboards (piano and synths) and as long time musical partners the collaboration is ridiculously tight and beautifully musical. The RS-1x are my go-to headphones for anything remotely close to jazz and this certainly qualifies, great timbre, every minute detail, resulting in exceedingly happy ears for me.

Plus, RS-1x deserves Manfred Eicher produced sound to serve!
