My Grado SR325X have arrived. 😀Unfortunately I'm not home to listen to them. I'll be arriving back home around 7pm. Any song suggestions that showcase the SR325X strong points is appreciated. I don't want to be disappointed for my first Grado listening experience. Thanks in advance.

Quad ERA-1 << CEntrance HiFi-M8 V2 << Elton John / Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy

Wow. I think I was in junior high school when this one came out. Been a loooong strange trip since the last time I listened to it, but I do remember liking it at the time. Enjoy those quads…!

I received some hand-me-down SR325is three weeks ago and am very impressed with the bass and sound stage isolation and width. Here is my test playlist with a wide variety of genres (including some bass heavy tracks):

Any classic rock band from the late 60's and 70's - they thrive on guitars, so AC/DC, Zeppelin, Stones, etc. would be good

Nuthin' Fancy by Lynyrd Skynyrd - The three snarling guitars and driving bass sound of Saturday Night Special sounds incredible, my feets they are a tappin' :L3000:
