Taking in the sunset here on my deck, smoking wedding cake and having dessert with my ears... a little west coast psychedelic rock with a distinctly Canadian flare.

Finally got around to this, kept forgetting about it when music surfing… supreme stuff, made my morning, this is why I’m here.

miroak-II bass purrs and slams, delicacy and great physicality... Fab quality. And manages the stage so adeptly for this album, despite not being huge. So so glad I bought this!

@Leonarfd Bonneville on this album must be a killer!

Second/third sale on that iem needs to be looked at :)

Next one in queue after dinner :beerchug:

How do they sound when you recline in IMG_7898.jpeg ?🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣
I can only comment on their performance when reclining in my Lazy-Boy. And that would be a :thumbsup:

roon > SMSL SU9 > Violectric V222 > Sennheiser HD800S :musical_note::musical_note::musical_note::L3000::musical_note::musical_note::musical_note:

Close To The Edge (1972) by Yes - Giving the new amp it's first run out after sitting staring at it all afternoon, unable to play anything as I was waiting for a gas engineer to knock the door and most annoyingly, he never turned up. Just starting to go through my well worn favourites to begin with and I must say, I am impressed biggly. The V222 is definitely a bit warmer than the SMSL SH9 (THX 888) and has added a nice bit of bass to the HD800S. On top of that the Violectric adds much more texture to the mids and even more detail, which really surprised me. The soundstage is also more 3D which isn't difficult as THX amps are notoriously flat. Looking forward to trying the Grado RS-1x next. :darthsmile:

A rare pic because I'm lazy

XDuoo TA-26S---->Sennheiser HD820
I got this little tube amp today; pretty interesting.
I'm running it with stock tubes and a Topping E30 DAC at the moment, which is not the best option.
New tubes and DAC will probably elevate the whole thing. But even now, it's pretty interesting.

CFA Bonneville + HIBY R8 II

Very cool album @Singaravelan loving this.
Didn't recall the name, but this is Boris from Yello. Always loved Yello.
Sound very engaging and fun on Bonneville, punchy, detailed and spacious sounding.
